An Inventory Module keeps real-time Inventory levels by location, using weighted average costing so you can invoice or allocate materials to jobs;
A Receivables Module helps you manage (with Reminders and email follow-up templates) money that is due to you;
A Payables Module helps you manage (with Reminders) bills you need to pay;
A Task Manager allows you to create, assign or receive tasks, leave comments and receive due-date reminders to action/follow up;

Simple to Use
LIAD Accounting uses icons to navigate and almost any action doesn’t need you to exit what you are busy with, wherever possible it needs one Action click, followed by a simple form. By taking a photograph of the slip, a copy is linked directly to the transaction and can be retrieved at any time to be printed or mailed as required.
Cloud-Based
If you are online, LIAD Accounting will be available to you. Data security is vital so your company data is backed up and encrypted end-to-end across multiple data centres and is protected to the same level as Internet banking operations. This is coupled with a 4-digit pin or (where supported by the device in use) use of Fingerprint Touch ID. Therefore if you lose your device, your company data is totally secure.

Before you enter ANY payment details, you are entitled to a free 30-day trial. Hopefully you enjoy using LIAD Accounting and decide to join us - subscriptions are priced according to our pricing schedule and will be shown in the application before you complete the payment. There are no long-term contracts, subscriptions renew each month unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends. Your iTunes account will automatically be charged within the 24 hours before the end of the current period and you will be charged for one month at a time. You can turn off auto-renew at any time from your iTunes account settings. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication where applicable.
